Dunedin
While Dunedin has a small town image, it is actually a bustling city of 37,000 residents. One of the oldest towns on the West Coast of Florida, it has a wooded and subtropical setting with almost four miles of picturesque waterfront, a relaxed lifestyle and activities for all likes and ages, making Dunedin a truly delightful place to live or visit. Oldsmar
 The city of Oldsmar sits at the top of Tampa Bay. Oldsmar was conceived by Ransom Eli Olds, inventor and manufacturer of the Oldsmobile, who dreamed of developing a thriving metropolis. In 1913, R.E. Olds purchased 37,000 acres of land on which he built residential neighborhoods, hotels, golf courses, a thoroughbred horse racing track and factories. He fashioned Oldsmar after Washington, D.C., with tree-lined boulevards leading from the shoreline of Tampa Bay to downtown, resembling the spokes of a wheel.

Today, Oldsmar is experiencing rapid growth as a major business and residential center. Its location is central to Tampa and the Gulf beaches, so residents can experience the best of both locations in just a short drive heading east or west.

Clearwater and Its Beaches
Clearwater is a bustling city with so many cultural and industrial happenings. Several beaches are minutes away. Clearwater Beach has been named the top city beach in the Gulf region. Pier 60 Park features a family recreation complex on Clearwater's expansive beach with covered playgrounds, fishing and concessions. The Sunsets at Pier 60 festival features music, entertainment and a beautiful Gulf of Mexico sunset through out the year. Clearwater is minutes from tampa, it's airport, recreational parks and shopping.
