Deborah Scott is originally from the beautiful Roman City of Bath, England and has lived in Florida for over 20 years, she lives in down-town Dunedin, relocating here after many years in Key West.
Her real-estate specialties are property management, residential and commercial sales with many years of experience consulting, and ground to rooftop involvement in condo conversions.
Having many personal relocation experiences involving property buying, selling and leasing led to her desire to help others with their real-estate needs. Linda B. Lyford

Linda is originally from Massachusetts. She migrated South to enjoy the warmth, the sunshine and the lifestyle. She has been a Florida resident for 16 years.

Linda lived in Texas for 3 years where she worked as a residential property manager. She moved further South to the Florida Keys in 1988. There she was the administrative manager for a real estate office, and obtained her Florida real estate license. She decided to move to the Tampa Bay area to be near the awesome Gulf Coast beaches, and settled in Dunedin. She worked as an account manager for a Telecommunications company for 8 years, and is now the office manager for Van Hook Properties.

When she’s not working, she is either at one of the many beautiful beaches in Pinellas County, attending one of the local festivals or going to Ruth Eckerd Hall to see a concert. She loves music, plays the piano and is certified in scuba diving.
